The basic principles which are the foundation of our constitution did not just arise at the moment of this nations birth, but rather are the result of 1000s of years of human struggle. To suggest that after a mere 200+ years it is obsolent is an inaccurate and untrue portrayal by those who want to scuttle the American experiment and replace it with their socialist "utopia" dream, subject of course to change tomorrow and the day after.
