THe whole conjured up notion of a so-called "Living Constitution" is simply a scam that allows one to change the "rules" to suit what you want to do at any given moment. The basic principles which are the foundation of our constitution did not just arise at the moment of this nations birth, but rather are the result of 1000s of years of human struggle. To suggest that after a mere 200+ years it is obsolent is an inaccurate and untrue portrayal by those who want to scuttle the American experiment and replace it with their socialist "utopia" dream, subject of course to change tomorrow and the day after. To throw out 1000s of years of human striving is dangerous and will result in chaos and human misery
