Agreement reached in Cincinnati Occupy disputes
Faith Ann Caldwell, 72, of Delaware passed away Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011 in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family after a brief illness.
She was born Dec. 20, 1938 in Leonardsburg, to the late Angelo and Evelyn Jervis Maraldo. She attended St. Mary’s in Delaware and was a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. She had worked at Swopes, the Campbell House, Delaware Hotel, Just Freddies and Ranco, where she met, fell in love with and married her husband, Howard Caldwell. She retired from Advanced Auto. She enjoyed playing cards, reading, traveling and playing cards on her computer, however her greatest interest was in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, John (Mary) Stuart of Ostrander; two daughters, Deborah Hunt of Corbin, Ky and Kathy Payne of Chillicothe, Ohio; a sister, Donna (Bob) Gilt; a brother, John (Denise) Maraldo; 10 grandchildren, Tiffany, Morgan, and Whitney Stuart, Jordan, Ashton, Lincoln, and Makiah Payne, Shawn Hunt, Anita White and Shirrah Painter; 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Howard; a brother, Roger Morthland; a daughter, Sharon Painter; and a great-granddaughter Ashton.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18th at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home in Delaware with a memorial service following at 7 p.m. Afterwards, the family is inviting everyone back to Faith’s house for additional fellowship. Memorial contributions may be made to the Delaware Humane Society (4920 Ohio 37 East Delaware, OH 43015) or to Home Reach Hospice of Delaware (561 W. Central Ave. Delaware, Ohio 43015).
