Hats off to Kinley

Buck­eye Val­ley East Ele­men­tary fifth graders put the fin­ish­ing touches on their fes­tive head­gear for the upcom­ing “Hats off to Kin­ley” fundraiser. The event will raise money for Kin­ley Strohl, a first grader at the school who is bat­tling leukemia. The hats will be worn by stu­dents dur­ing a run­way fash­ion show, after which the hats will be auc­tioned off. The event will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Wednes­day at the school at 522 East High St. in Ashley.
