Phyllis Jean Clark, 82, a longtime Delaware resident, passed away Monday (May 2, 2011) at the Delaware Court Health Care Center.
She was born Dec. 29, 1928 in Darke County to Everett R. and Ruby (Fryman) Seibel. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1946 and attended Bowling Green State University. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, at the Delaware Bible Church, 45 Belle Ave., with the Rev. Gil Schroeder officiating. The family will receive friends half an hour prior to the services.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Ohio Chapter, 3380 Tremont Road, Columbus, OH 43221.
