Michael Ross Ekelberry
Michael Ross Ekelberry, 41, passed away Monday, Dec. 5, 2011, in Cleveland.
He was the son of Emogene (Jeanne) Trogdon Ekelberry and the late Dick Thomas Ekelberry, Sr., brother to Charles Joseph (Elizabeth), John Kimball (Edgardo), brother-in-law of Barbara Bianch and the late Dick Thomas Ekelberry, Jr., uncle of Kimberly (Ken), Jennifer Arden (Doug) and great-uncle to Jack Thomas Arden.
From his mother’s family he was nephew to Bill (Gloria), Jack (Lois), Hewlett (Barbara), Mark (Justine), Betty Trogdon, Nancy Trimble, Ida Clark (Allen) in Huntington and Wayne, W. Va. Also, 41 cousins living in Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Pennsylvania, Louisiana and West Virginia.
He was preceded in death by grandparents John and Imogene Pinney Ekelberry of Delaware, and Hewlett and Ethel Ross Trogdon of Wayne, W. Va., uncles John Scott Trogdon and Joe Trimble.
He leaves many friends and co-workers at NEOPRO Imaging, former co-workers at Envision, City Blue in Cleveland and R&L Color Labs, Columbus.
Michael was a graduate of Rutherford B. Hayes High School and graduate of the Ohio State University. He was a lab technician at NEOPRO Imaging in Cleveland and loved the varied photos he worked on and the people he worked with.
A memorial service and reception will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012 at the First Baptist Church, 101 N. Franklin St., Delaware.
