Ginger Lee Roberts
Ginger Lee Roberts, 43, of Delaware, passed away Thursday (March 1, 2012) at The Ohio State Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 28, 1968, in Marion, to Frank and Sandy (Bufore) Rayburn. Ginger was a graduate of Bardazon Modeling School where afterwards she modeled for swimsuit and body building magazines and she even appeared in a TV commercial. She enjoyed showing horses, doing ballet, karate and was an avid Michigan fan. Ginger was employed by Honda of Marysville.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Roberts of New Albany; her father, Frank (Sue) Rayburn of Westfield; her mother, Sandy (Jon) Thompson of Buckeye Lake; two brothers, John Rayburn of Westfield and Joe Rayburn of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Amanda Rayburn of Westfield; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a grandmother, Vivian Marie Thompson; a great-grandmother, Eleanor Louise Lones; a great-aunt, Ellen Preston; and grandparents, Steve and Eva Rayburn.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, 1510 W. William St., Delaware, with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. Internment will take place after the funeral service in the Westfield Cemetery.
