Beulah ‘Bee’ J. Myers

Beu­lah “Bee” J. Myers, 84, a life­long res­i­dent of Delaware passed away early Fri­day (April 13, 2012) at Grady Memo­r­ial Hospital.

She was born on Nov. 14, 1927, in Delaware to the late Frank and Ella (Rider) Bau­man. Bee enjoyed bowl­ing, cook­ing, sewing and being a homemaker.

She is sur­vived by her six chil­dren, Jerry (Penny) Myers of Delaware, Jackie (Mike Patrick) Myers of Delaware, John Myers of Ash­ley, Joyce (James) Fish of Water­ville, Janet Planisek of Delaware and Jill (Frank) Goode of Delaware; 22 grand­chil­dren; 28 great-grandchildren; a sis­ter, Dar­leen Show of Delaware; and numer­ous nieces and nephews.

She was pre­ceded in death by her hus­band of 32 years, Jack Myers; two broth­ers, Art and Glenn Bau­man; a grand­son, SPC Zachary Myers; and a grand­daugh­ter, Amanda Planisek.

A grave­side ser­vice will be held for Bee at 1:30 p.m. Mon­day, April 16, at Oak Grove Ceme­tery. Friends and fam­ily are gath­er­ing after at the Goode’s home, 3481 Byers Road, Delaware.
