Beulah ‘Bee’ J. Myers
Beulah “Bee” J. Myers, 84, a lifelong resident of Delaware passed away early Friday (April 13, 2012) at Grady Memorial Hospital.
She was born on Nov. 14, 1927, in Delaware to the late Frank and Ella (Rider) Bauman. Bee enjoyed bowling, cooking, sewing and being a homemaker.
She is survived by her six children, Jerry (Penny) Myers of Delaware, Jackie (Mike Patrick) Myers of Delaware, John Myers of Ashley, Joyce (James) Fish of Waterville, Janet Planisek of Delaware and Jill (Frank) Goode of Delaware; 22 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; a sister, Darleen Show of Delaware; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Jack Myers; two brothers, Art and Glenn Bauman; a grandson, SPC Zachary Myers; and a granddaughter, Amanda Planisek.
A graveside service will be held for Bee at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 16, at Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends and family are gathering after at the Goode’s home, 3481 Byers Road, Delaware.
