Kenny (Chet) Ruzika

Kenny (Chet) Ruzika, 17, of Sun­bury, went to be with the Lord Tues­day (April 17, 2012).

He was a junior at Big Wal­nut High School and attended Delaware Area Career Cen­ter, study­ing to be a fire­fighter. He was a mem­ber of North­side Fel­low­ship Church in Westerville.

He is sur­vived by mother, Paula of Sun­bury; father, Ken­neth F. of Canal Win­ches­ter; sis­ters, Mikayla of the home and Krista Collins of Geor­gia; mater­nal grand­fa­ther, Robert (Car­olyn) Deren­berger of Lan­caster; mater­nal grand­mother, San­dra (Dwight) Van­Bu­ren of Howard; aunts, Denise (Scott) Stew­art of Cen­ter­burg, Diane Schriver of West­er­ville and Michelle (Eric) Lutz of Ari­zona; cousins, Paige, Travis, Jeremy, Miranda, Liesel, Aurick; and many friends.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thurs­day at the North­side Fel­low­ship Church, 6841 Free­man Road, West­er­ville, OH 43082. A funeral ser­vice will be held with the Rev. Jeff Dyb­dahl offi­ci­at­ing at 11 a.m. Fri­day at Genoa Bap­tist Church, located at the cor­ner of Lewis Cen­ter Road and Ohio 3 in Galena. Inter­ment will be in Sun­bury Memo­r­ial Park.

Arrange­ments are by the More­land Funeral Home, Westerville.
