Ralph E. Canter
Ralph E. Canter, 86, of Delaware passed away Thursday (April 12, 2012).
He was born Jan. 19, 1926, in Lucasville to the late Boyd and Matilda Canter. Ralph was a proud World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was formerly employed with Janitrol, Andro Corporation and Liebert, retiring in 1991. Ralph was a real family man and could fix anything. He will be remembered by his love for family and his smile.
Ralph will be missed by his loving daughter, Beverlee (Terry) Marsh; grandsons, Kevin Canter, Scott (Tracy) Casbarro, Shaun (Shelley) Casbarro and Todd Marsh; and seven great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Alice; son, Boyd Edwin Canter; granddaughter, Christine Wright; and great-granddaughter, Stacie Beth Wiegand.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 21, at Kingwood Memorial Park, 8230 U.S. 23, Lewis Center, followed by a gathering of friends from 2 to 4 p.m. at Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 N. High St., Worthington (Just south of Interstate 270).
