Township governments are under pressure to consolidate to reduce costs, given the cuts in state funding. Should townships continue to exist as they are, or should they consolidate?

This week’s poll ques­tion was sub­mit­ted by the League of Women Vot­ers of Delaware County. Its out­come will be dis­cussed in an upcom­ing town hall meet­ing, “Con­nec­tions: Link­ing Cit­i­zens and Elected Offi­cials for Bet­ter Com­mu­ni­ca­tion,” at 7 p.m. Mon­day, April 30, at Wil­low Brook at Delaware Run.
