Eddie Arnold Andrews Sr.

Eddie Arnold Andrews Sr., 58, of Marysville, died unex­pect­edly Thurs­day (May 10, 2012) at Memo­r­ial Hos­pi­tal of Union County.

He was a vet­eran of the United States Army and enjoyed auto mechan­ics. A sports­man, he enjoyed rab­bit and deer hunt­ing. He was known as a good neigh­bor with a help­ing hand and a kind heart. He was born April 24, 1954, in Delaware, and was pre­de­ceased by his father, Harry Arnold Andrews; his grand­daugh­ter, Sarah Madi­son Tay­lor; an infant brother, Robert; and his grand­mother, Dorothy Coffee.

He is sur­vived by his mother, Norma Lee Evans Andrews of Delaware; his chil­dren, Rhonda Tay­lor of Delaware, Eddie (Lea) Andrews, Jr. of Marysville and Teresa (Rick) LeMas­ter of Marysville; 12 grand­chil­dren; six step grand­chil­dren; four great-grandchildren; his sib­lings, Peggy (Edward) Clark of Delaware, John­nie (Melissa) Andrews of Delaware and Ron­nie Andrews of Delaware; and many other rel­a­tives and spe­cial friends, includ­ing Shawn Mead­ows, Patrick Grooms and Ruby Walke of Marysville.

The fam­ily will receive friends dur­ing view­ing hours from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Under­wood Funeral Home. A Cel­e­bra­tion of Life memo­r­ial ser­vice with mil­i­tary hon­ors will be held at 11 a.m. Tues­day at VFW Post 3320 on Indus­trial Park­way in Marysville. A lun­cheon will fol­low the ser­vice. Pri­vate inter­ment will be held later by the fam­ily. Con­do­lences may be expressed to the fam­ily at underwoodfuneralhome.com.
