Mary Alice Dillman buys a kohlrabi from Andrew Crow of Two Crows Farms during the opening day of the downtown Delaware Farmers’ Market. The markets will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays and from 3 to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays. The Farmers’ Market at the fairgrounds is also under way for the season and is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays under the grandstand at the Liberty Street gate. (Gazette | Liz Robertson)
