Deondrea Michelle Bennett

Deon­drea Michelle Ben­nett, 41, of Delaware, passed away unex­pect­edly Thurs­day morn­ing (May 31, 2012) at her residence.

She was born Dec. 10, 1970, in West Point, N.Y. She received her GED from Hayes High School and fur­thered her school­ing with med­ical train­ing and cer­ti­fi­ca­tion for child care. She enjoyed rid­ing horses and motor­cy­cles, walk­ing, tan­ning, cook­ing and help­ing peo­ple. She was a lov­ing mother, daugh­ter and sis­ter with a heart as big as the world. She will be dearly missed.

She is sur­vived by three sons, Steven Nunn and Anthony Ben­nett of Delaware and Matthew Quinn of Black­stone, Va.; a grand­daugh­ter, Macken­zie Quinn; a brother, Thomas Ben­nett of Delaware; her mother, Crys­tal Boothe and step father Angel Cruz of Delaware; her father, Daniel Ben­nett and step­mother Pat Ben­nett of Crestview, Fla.; uncle, Sid Ben­nett of Vir­ginia; aunt, Linda (Ray) Jenk­ins of Grove City; and feline com­pan­ion, Munchie Bennett.

The fam­ily will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. Thurs­day, June 7, at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Cen­ter, 1510 W. William St. at Val­ley­side Drive, Delaware. Cel­e­bra­tion of Life ser­vices will fol­low at 5 p.m.
