Library kicks off summer reading program
Jonathan Mack Clark, 39, of Delaware passed away Saturday morning (Sept. 17, 2011) at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Aug. 29, 1972 in Delaware to Alfred Mack Clark and Geneva “Dee” (Large) Clark. He graduated from Rutherford B. Hayes High School and Delaware JVS in 1991. He was an outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, camping, cooking on the grill and spending time with his family. He was also a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and NASCAR. He attended West Berlin Presbyterian Church when he was a little boy.
He is survived by his wife of nine years, Tammy (Alexander) Clark, whom he married Sept. 14, 2002; two sons, David and Kyle; his mother, who is from Delaware; three sisters, Lisa (Doug) McGlothlin of Delaware, Heather (Allen) Green of Sunbury and Kimberly Clark of Delaware; three nieces, Leanna, Cassidy and Mackenzie Green; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Mont and Goldie Large and Fred and Annie Clark.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, at the Rodman Neeper Funeral Home, Delaware, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, with the Rev. Jennifer Eastman Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow in Radnor Cemetery. The family will host a reception in the Rodman Neeper Community Room immediately following the graveside services.
