Kirra Hines, 18, of Marysville, puts the fin­ish­ing touches on her chalk art dur­ing Main Street Delaware’s 2nd Annual Side­walk Chalk Art com­pe­ti­tion held Fri­day in down­town Delaware. The com­pe­ti­tion allowed down­town vis­i­tors to vote on their favorite art cre­ation. The win­ning artist received gift cer­tifi­cates to var­i­ous Delaware shops and eater­ies.
