Kilbourne resident Mark Noonan inspects the damage done by a fallen tree laying across Old State Road and reaching his front porch Thursday following the late afternoon storm that swept through the area. The tree, one of two that had fallen within the same block along North Old State Road, clipped a power line, knocking out electricity to residents in the area. (Gazette | Devon Immelt)
