Vir­ginia M. Bal­lard, 72, of Delaware passed away sud­denly Fri­day (July 6, 2012) at Win­ter­song Nurs­ing Home.

Grave­side ser­vices will be held at 11 a.m. Thurs­day at Oak Grove Ceme­tery. Friends and fam­ily are then invited back to the Sny­der Rod­man Com­mu­nity Room, 1510 W. William St. at Val­ley­side Drive in Delaware, for a time of food and fellowship.
