Carla M. Talbott
Carla M. Talbott, 48, of Sunbury, died Saturday (Aug. 25, 2012) at her residence.
She was born on March 31, 1964, in Tiffin to the late Roderick and Gladys (Fronek) Cronk and grew up in Wadsworth. She was a graduate of Kent State with a bachelor’s degree in communication. She was co-owner and operator of CBT Enterprises serving real estate companies with closing services.
Carla was a one of a kind person, very loving wife and was a great caretaker for parents during their illnesses. She enjoyed living in the country, gardening, arts and crafts, traveling to the Florida beaches, camping and hiking in the North Woods. Carla enjoyed jazzercise and her friends from her class. Carla had a wonderful sense of humor and loved animals especially her dog: Wrigley.
She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” Talbott and they were married May 1, 1999, in the Cayman Islands; brother, Dhuey (Chris) Cronk of Gahanna; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Brittany and Nick Cronk; mother-in-law, Betty Talbott of Joliet, Ill.; brother-in-law, Jim (Pat) Talbott of Interlochen, Mich.; and nieces and nephews, Matt and Leslie Talbott.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Ohio 3 at 61, Sunbury, with Deacon Carl Calcara.
