Howard J. Hill

Howard J. Hill, 81, of Colum­bus, died Tues­day (Aug. 21, 2012).

He was a mem­ber of Wor­thing­ton Pres­by­ter­ian Church and a vet­eran of the U.S. Air Force in the Korean War.

He is sur­vived by chil­dren, Kathy (Michael) Miller, Wal­ter A. Sal­icki and JoAnne Sal­icki; broth­ers, Ron (Joy) Hill and Harry Hill; numer­ous grand­chil­dren and great-grandchildren; and many other fam­ily and extended fam­ily members.

He was pre­ceded in death by wife, Mary Alice Hill.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Fri­day at the funeral home. A funeral ser­vice will be held at 3 p.m. Sat­ur­day, Aug. 25, at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Wor­thing­ton. Dr. Mack Sig­mon will be offi­ci­at­ing. Bur­ial will be in King­wood Memo­r­ial Park.

In lieu of flow­ers, con­tri­bu­tions may be made to Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home for the ben­e­fit of the Hill family.
