Carl “Dave” Roberts, 60, of Delaware, passed away on Sunday (Nov. 20, 2011) at The James Cancer Center in Columbus.

He was born April 24, 1951, in Mount Vernon to Carl and Geri Roberts, and lived most of his life in Delaware. He graduated from Delaware Hayes High School in 1969 and worked for more than 35 years at Worly Plumbing Supply.

He will be missed by his wife, Cynthia Roberts; his two daughters, Dawn (Mike) Ball of Columbus and Lori (Jeff) Sedlock of Columbus; five grandchildren, David, Taylor, Jared, Trevor and Nick; many nieces and nephews; his mother, Geri Roberts; and two sisters, Judy (Frank) Curry of Delaware and Jean (Mark) Pence of Urbana.

Carl was preceded in death by his father, Carl T. Roberts; and his sister, Sandi.

A Celebration of his Life for family and friends will take place from 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, at Bun’s Restaurant in Delaware.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to American Cancer Society – RFL, Relay for Life, Team NABI, 870 Michigan Ave., Columbus, OH 43215-1165.
