		<description>Commenting to the person with the high- stress job, I agree with Mariann on a low-calorie lunch, walking during the lunch hour, planning the next day and taking a 3 day vacation each month.  Working in the computer
industry for over 30 years, I received the most benefit from the tread mill, 
the excercise bike and from jogging and biking outdoors.  I also became
a martial arts black belt.  The body is made to handle physical and mental stress, but it depends on being pro-active with serious attention
to physical exercise.  Confidence is built with exercise and helps with stress.</description>
