The Eagles have landed

The new Big Walnut Intermediate School on Buaghman Street in Sunbury opened its doors for the first time Wednesday. The Big Walnut Local School District adopted a new, three-tier busing system and many buses were late. The intermediate school starts at 9:10 a.m. this year, but the first bus did not arrive until 9:13 a.m. First off the bus were Jake Fuchs, right, followed by John Grumney — late for school through no fault of their own, but both ready to hit the books.
