Doreen Ann Workman

Doreen Ann Work­man, 61, of Delaware passed away Mon­day after­noon (Sept. 24, 2012) at her daughter’s res­i­dence in Delaware.

She was born July 2, 1951, in Colum­bus to Roy and Mary Edith (Grib­ble) Bai­ley. She had pre­vi­ously worked as a clerk/supervisor for Marshall’s Depart­ment Store and she enjoyed gam­bling, read­ing and play­ing games on the computer.

She is sur­vived by her mother of Delaware; two daugh­ters, Danielle (Ron) Dun­ham of Delaware and Chris­tine Work­man of Colum­bus; son, David Work­man of Delaware; three grand­chil­dren, Kris­ten Dun­ham and Sean and Hai­ley Work­man; broth­ers, Jimmy (Ros­alyn) Bai­ley of Cir­cleville and Bob (Susan) Bai­ley of West­er­ville; sis­ters, Dar­lena Bai­ley and her hus­band Roger Ellis of Marysville and her twin sis­ter Noreen Bai­ley of Delaware; sev­eral nieces and nephews; and ex-husband, Chester Work­man of Delaware.

She was pre­ceded in death by her father.

The fam­ily will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thurs­day, Sept. 27, at the Snyder-Rodman Funeral Cen­ter, 1510 W. William St. at Val­ley­side Drive, Delaware, and where funeral ser­vices will be held on at 11 a.m. Fri­day, Sept. 28. with the Rev. Al Perry offi­ci­at­ing. The fam­ily will then host a recep­tion in the Snyder-Rodman Com­mu­nity Room.
