Carol Sue Strohl
Carol Sue Strohl, 52, of Sunbury, passed away unexpectedly Thursday (Oct. 4, 2012) at Grady Memorial Hospital.
She was born Aug. 1, 1960 to Joseph William and Joan (Breece) Strohl of Delaware. Carol Sue lived most of her life in Delaware and attended the Delaware City Schools. For the past several years she has been a member of the Alpha Group in Delaware. Carol Sue loved babies and small children, playing board games and cards. She had a great sense of humor and was known to be a big tease.
Besides her parents she is survived by sisters, Brenda (David) Steinbrecher of Delaware and Janice (Jim) Robertson of Cincinnati; brother, Scott (Ka-Lin) Strohl of Worthington; nieces and nephews, Casey (Lauren) Steinbrecher and Nick Steinbrecher all of Harrisonburg, Va., Brittany Steinbrecher of St. Louis and Jacob Strohl and Sarah Strohl Worthington; uncles, Warner Breece and Tom Morrow; aunt, Roberta Miller; and many cousins.
Carol Sue enjoyed her housemates, Kim, Lisa and Esther and all of her devoted and loving staff at her Foxtrail home, and her friends and dedicated staff at The Alpha Group and MRDD.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday at the Robinson Funeral Home where the funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. Burial will follow in Marlborough Cemetery.
