Carol Sue Strohl

Carol Sue Strohl, 52, of Sun­bury, passed away unex­pect­edly Thurs­day (Oct. 4, 2012) at Grady Memo­r­ial Hospital.

She was born Aug. 1, 1960 to Joseph William and Joan (Breece) Strohl of Delaware. Carol Sue lived most of her life in Delaware and attended the Delaware City Schools. For the past sev­eral years she has been a mem­ber of the Alpha Group in Delaware. Carol Sue loved babies and small chil­dren, play­ing board games and cards. She had a great sense of humor and was known to be a big tease.

Besides her par­ents she is sur­vived by sis­ters, Brenda (David) Stein­brecher of Delaware and Jan­ice (Jim) Robert­son of Cincin­nati; brother, Scott (Ka-Lin) Strohl of Wor­thing­ton; nieces and nephews, Casey (Lau­ren) Stein­brecher and Nick Stein­brecher all of Har­rison­burg, Va., Brit­tany Stein­brecher of St. Louis and Jacob Strohl and Sarah Strohl Wor­thing­ton; uncles, Warner Breece and Tom Mor­row; aunt, Roberta Miller; and many cousins.

Carol Sue enjoyed her house­mates, Kim, Lisa and Esther and all of her devoted and lov­ing staff at her Fox­trail home, and her friends and ded­i­cated staff at The Alpha Group and MRDD.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Mon­day at the Robin­son Funeral Home where the funeral ser­vice will fol­low at 3 p.m. Bur­ial will fol­low in Marl­bor­ough Cemetery.
