Christine Palmer Paul

Chris­tine Palmer Paul, 86, of Delaware and for­merly of Sara­sota, Fla., passed away Mon­day (Oct. 29, 2012).

Chris­tine was born in Armorel, Ark., on Aug. 18, 1926, to Elkin Cur­tis and Lily Lynn (Ray) Palmer and is pre­ceded in death by her par­ents; hus­band, Albert Paul, Sr.; sis­ters, Exie “Peaky” (For­est) Greer and Char­lene “Pud” (Billy) Bax­ter; and broth­ers, Dick and Donny Palmer.

Sur­vivors include her daugh­ters, Janet L. (Rev­erend Dr. Murthy) Kola and Leigh A. (Matthew) Flynn; sons, Albert (Deb­bie) Paul, Jr., Bar­ton J. Paul and Brent T. Paul; 11 grand­chil­dren and three great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and many friends.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be held from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Thurs­day, Nov. 1, at Pow­ell Chris­t­ian Church, 8901 N. Lib­erty Road, Pow­ell. Funeral ser­vice will fol­low at 7 p.m.
