Louise Helen McGinnis
Louise Helen McGinnis, 78, passed away peacefully Wednesday (Sept. 26, 2012) with her loving family by her side.
Mrs. McGinnis was born Dec. 18, 1933, in Youngstown, a daughter of Daniel and Agnes Vargo Nagy. She was a graduate of Chaney High School and served as an employee for Automatic Sprinkler Company, Hungarian Presbyterian Church and the law offices of Copperman and Zlotnick. Grandma Eez, as she was affectionately known, enjoyed spending her time keeping up with the academic and athletic accomplishments of her five very active grandchildren, all of whom she truly adored. Always quick with a story to tell or a picture to share, she was as proud as any grandparent could be.
Having battled numerous illnesses over the year, her courage and ever-present optimism will continue to serve as an inspiration for those who knew and love her.
She is survived by her two sons, Bob (Lorie) of Delaware and Jeff (Amy) of Pendleton, Ind. Mrs. McGinnis had five beautiful grandchildren, Hilary, Taylor, Tori, Beau and Marleau; two brothers, Daniel Nagy of Poland and Jim (Arlen) Nagy of Youngstown; and her special sister-in-law Donna Nagy of Girard. In addition, she is survived by many wonderful nieces and nephews.
