Mary V. Bell

Mary V. Bell, 72, of Delaware died Sun­day (Oct. 28, 2012) in Grady Memo­r­ial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 9, 1939, in Lon­don­derry to Clarence and Eliz­a­beth (Stephen­son) Chap­man. She grad­u­ated from Ohio Uni­ver­sity and was a retired ele­men­tary teacher. She was a mem­ber of Grace Bap­tist Church.

Mary is sur­vived by her hus­band, Albert; a daugh­ter, Mar­lene Davis-Pierce of Union; a son, Mark (Tamara) of Colum­bus; seven grand­chil­dren, Lind­say Ryman, Aaron Davis, Justin Pierce, Rachel, Daniel, Jacob and Luke Bell; one great-grandson, Caleb Ryman; and a brother, Jerry Moomaw of Texas.

She was pre­ceded in death by a sis­ter, Jean Adams; and by three broth­ers, John, Clarence and Charles Chapman.

Vis­i­ta­tion will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednes­day at the Robin­son Funeral Home. A funeral ser­vice will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thurs­day at the Grace Bap­tist Church with the Rev. Corey Bane offi­ci­at­ing. A grave­side ser­vice and inter­ment will be at 3 p.m. in the Beaver Creek Ceme­tery in Grand Rapids.

In lieu of flow­ers, memo­r­ial con­tri­bu­tions may be made to the Grace Bap­tist Church or to the Grace Bap­tist School at 3744 Ohio 37 West, Delaware, OH 43015.
