Steven Dean Sulser

Steven Dean Sulser, 70, of Wor­thing­ton passed away peace­fully Mon­day (Oct. 29, 2012) at home with his fam­ily by his side.

He was a 1959 grad­u­ate of Olen­tangy High School and a grad­u­ate of Franklin Uni­ver­sity with a B.S. degree. He was a mas­ter car­pen­ter and owned Steve Sulser Con­tract­ing. Steven was a fre­quent golfer at Black­hawk Golf Course. He will be remem­bered as a very lov­ing, car­ing hus­band, father, grand­fa­ther and friend — a good man. Steven never met a stranger.

He is sur­vived by his lov­ing fam­ily and wife, Kathy of Wor­thing­ton; chil­dren, Stephanie Sulser, Jenny Sulser Sta­blein and Steven Mark (Casey) Sulser and their mother Audrey “Kitty,” and Tim­o­thy Allen (Jodie) Clip­ner and Cindi (Brian) Carter; grand­chil­dren, Madi­son, C.J., Jacob, Sami, Zack, Hutch, Olivia and Brooke; brother, Alan (Kaye) Sulser; aunt, Mary Sulser; nephews, Matt (Danielle) and Aaron (Sarah) Sulser; and spe­cial pup, Putter.

He was pre­ceded in death by par­ents, Mar­vin and Mary Helen Sulser.

The fam­ily will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Fri­day, Nov. 2, at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Wor­thing­ton, where a memo­r­ial ser­vice will be held at 5 p.m.
