
Gov. John Kasich on Thursday unveiled his much-anticipated school funding plan designed to close the gaps in financial resources and academic achievement between the state’s richest and poorest districts.

I don’t know about you, but I am itching for Farmer’s Market season. I know, I know, there are many months to wait. My thoughts, like many of yours, are turning to spring and while I am not planning a garden, I am planning my spring eating.
