Car collides with train
Two people were transported to Grant Medical Center Monday evening after the car they were in collided with a train along Park Avenue near Railroad Street in Prospect. The crash occurred at 7:21 p.m. and both the driver and passenger were in serious condition as of late Monday. The Marion County Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. (Gazette | Brandon Townley)
