The same tours will be available for the general public the next two Saturdays, Feb. 23 and March 2. Tours will start each 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to noon at the nonprofit center. The center also will host a pancake breakfast March 9, with servings every hour from 8 a.m. to noon. The maple sugar tours are $3; the pancake breakfast costs $10, $7 for ages 2 to 12.
