Delaware, Ostrander to have fireworks

Charles R. Kitchen, Sr., 72, of Delaware died Friday (Sept. 2, 2011) at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.

He was born Aug. 17, 1939 in Adeline, KY to William and Eva (Adams) Kitchen. He served in the US Army. He worked for Ranco as an inspector for 32 years until 2001.

He is survived by his wife, Francia; 3 daughters, Lori, Yadira and Yeraldinne all of Delaware; 3 sons, Charles Jr., Brad and Cody Cramens all of Delaware; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Linda Harmon and Lorraine Perkins both of Kentucky; and a cousin, Patty Price of Delaware.

He was preceeded in death by his son, John; brother, John “JL”; and his sister, Faye Snider.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday. Internment will follow in Cheshire Cemetery where the Delaware County Veterans Association will conduct military honors.
