They should take notice that a Complaint for Neglect / Dependency has been filed in Delaware County Juvenile Court, Delaware, Ohio 43015, alleging that said child is neglected / dependent and containing a request for a disposition of Temporary Custody and Court Ordered Protective Supervision by the Delaware County Department of Job and Family Services. Said Complaint will come on for Trial on the 5th day of March, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Delaware County Juvenile Court, 140 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio, and the biological parents are ordered to appear before said Court on said date and show cause why the Complaint for Neglect / Dependency and Temporary Custody should not be granted.Failure to appear may result in a judgment adverse to your interests, may affect your parental rights, and may result in the loss of legal and physical custody of your child on a Permanent basis.Any party is entitled to a lawyer in all proceedings in Juvenile Court.
