Buckeye Valley’s Fields helps rescue others

Kenneth M. Estep, 62 ,of St. Regis, Mont., passed away Tuesday (Nov. 22, 2011) at his home.

He was born Sept. 24, 1949 in West Jefferson to Kenneth and Avanell Estep. He spent his childhood in Delaware County and lived in Ashley before enlisting in the U.S. Air Force. After serving his term, he became a long time resident of Montana. He worked at the Montana Power Plant and retired. He became an employee of Tricon Timber LLC in St. Regis, Mont., for the past eight years.

He is survived by his wife, Lana; two sons, Douglas and Wesley in Montana; a daughter, Michele (Shawn) Bolte; grandson, Craig Bolte; and granddaughter, Amber Bolte all of St. Paul, Minn.; a sister, Patricia (John) Morris of Marengo; a brother, Willie Estep of Marion; and a brother, Dannie (Adrienne) Estep; and sister, Carrie (Steve) Foor, all of Ashley. He also has numerous nephews and nieces who loved him deeply.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Avanell Estep.

A military funeral service was held in St. Regis, Mont., Nov. 26; and he will be buried at a later date at the Military Cemetary in Missoula, Mont.
