Broke no laws, IRS official says — then takes 5th

Robert Lewis Fetherolf, 47, of Ostrander, passed away on Saturday (May 7, 2011) at Grady Memorial Hospital.

He was born on Oct. 29, 1963 to Earl and Betty (Conrad) Fetherolf. He enjoyed fishing, camping, reading and the outdoors. He worked as a chef for the Brown Jug Restaurant and later at Abrasive Technology in Lewis Center. Robert attended the Delaware J.V.S. and had a degree in small engine repair.

He is survived by a son, Michael Fetherolf of Marysville; daughter, Danielle Fetherolf of Ashley; sisters, Susan (Jim) Wood of Pedro, Shirley Whitaker of Delaware, Carol (Mike) Honeter, with whom he resided, of Ostrander and Debbie (John) Burns of Bells, Texas; many cousins, nieces and nephews; and close friends, Larry and Sarah.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents, Earl and Betty Jane Fetherolf; and his two older brothers, Richard Lee and Kenneth Eugene.
