Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted include:

• Taylor K. Miller, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for June 17 at 8:45 a.m.

• Tyler A. Davis, of Pickerington, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for June 17 at 9:15 a.m.

• Matthew T. Repasky, of Lewis Center, on a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for June 17 at 9 a.m.

• David S. McKerchie, of Columbus, on two counts of domestic violence. One charge is a third-degree felony and the other is a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been scheduled for June 17 at 8:45 a.m.

• Lawrence M. Hurst, of Galion, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Aysia N. Taylor, of 1330 Hanover Road, Lot 397, Delaware, on two felony counts of theft and three counts of forgery, which are fifth-degree felonies.

• David W. Kimes II, of 143½ E. Winter St., Delaware, on a charge of notice of residence address change, a third-degree felony.

• Neil P. Mead, of Westerville, on a charge of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, and operating vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Paul F. Morris, of Los Angeles, California, on a charge of theft, a second-degree felony.

• Ariel L. Jones, of Columbus, on a charge of tampering with records, a third-degree felony, and a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

• David V. Ingle, of Delaware, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.
