Delaware police report:

A 3-year-old was wandering unattended at an apartment on Curtis Street Monday afternoon. Neighbors told police the child had been outside and unattended for most of the day. Officers made contact with the child’s mother, who continued to be inattentive to the child while officers were present. Officers contacted Delaware County Children Services and the child was taken into protective custody. A charge of endangering children was filed against the mother and the child was released to grandparents.

A man said he was robbed in the 100 block of West William Street Monday afternoon. The man told police that he was approached by two individuals who offered to sell him drugs. After he refused, the individuals reportedly punched him and stole his money. The man was not seriously injured. An investigation is pending.

Individuals were spotted behind a home in the 300 block of South Sandusky Street Monday afternoon. Police arrived and found three men in possession of drug paraphernalia. Two of the men also had outstanding warrants for their arrests. All three were taken into custody and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
