Delaware police report:

Cash was stolen from an apartment on South Franklin Street sometime Monday morning. The victim said someone entered his apartment through a window during the day and stole the cash. Officers are investigating.

A car was stopped Monday night on South Sandusky Street. Police said the car had an Ohio temporary registration and, when the officer checked the number, he learned the plate had been reported stolen. The driver was detained and later arrested and charged with receiving stolen property. The car was impounded and the man was taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A mother said that her children were placed at risk when they were driven by an intoxicated adult family member. A report was filed and officers will be investigating.

A man was assaulted at Domino’s Pizza on West William Street Sunday night. An man told police he was outside the building when a man on a motorcycle came up to him, accused him of cutting him off in traffic and assaulted him. The assailant then left on his motorcycle. The man said he wasn’t seriously injured. An investigation is ongoing.
