A Delaware County grand jury issued several indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

• John D. Stimmell, of Cardington, Ohio, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 9:45 a.m.

• Austin J. Losey, of Centerburg, Ohio, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m.

• Karianne R. Wyrick, of 111 Ross St., Delaware, on two counts of trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 9:15 a.m.

• Christopher R. Au of Mount Gilead, on a charge of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 9 a.m.

• Ross D. Beavers, of 2464 Warrensburg Road, Delaware, on two counts of possession of drugs (one charge is a fifth-degree felony and the other is a misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Tearsa D. Tussing, of 90 Hayes St., Delaware, possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 8:45 a.m.

• Alyssa N. Dunham, 118 Ross St., Delaware, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Timothy R. Cooperider, of Cardington, possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• James R. Caldwell, of 28 Parker St., Delaware, violating a protection order, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Aug. 5 at 8:30 a.m.
