Delaware police report:

An underage girl was believed to have alcohol poisoning Sunday morning just after midnight at the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity on Ohio Wesleyan University’s campus. Delaware firefighters transported the 17-year-old girl to Grady Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released. Police said she will be charged for underage consumption.

Police said about 60 vehicles were covered in Silly String Friday afternoon in the Hayes High School parking lot. Police said no damage was done to the vehicles and they believe the mischief was related to the home opening of the football season later that night.

A fight between juveniles occurred in the area of East Winter Street Saturday just after 2 a.m. Police said several juveniles admitted to consuming alcohol. The juveniles were taken into custody and released to sober adults. Charges against the juveniles are pending and an investigation is being conducted to determine how the juveniles got the alcohol.

A car window was smashed and cash was stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot in the 200 block of William Street overnight Saturday.

A juvenile girl was found to be in possession of marijuana in the parking lot of a playground on Rheem Street Sunday night. She was issued a citation for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

A woman reported that her South Towne Lane apartment and car had been broken into overnight Thursday. She told police someone took her debit card after breaking in and used it to withdraw cash. She later contacted police and said she didn’t want the investigation to continue or to file any charges.
