Delaware police report:

Two men were charged with disorderly conduct in the area of a Chelsea Street apartment complex Wednesday around 1:30 a.m. Police were called on the report of 15 to 20 people involved in a fight. Police learned that a broken-up couple was having a dispute over property. Witnesses told police that the ex-boyfriend had a baseball bat and made threats to his ex at some point during the conflict. The man was then arrested and charged with aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct. Another man was also charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business.

A stolen purse was recovered Tuesday morning at a business on Columbus Pike. However, when police returned the purse to the owner, the owner reported that 96 Oxycodone pills were missing from the purse. An investigation is ongoing.

A pair of plastic lawn chairs was stolen from a home on Rock Creek Drive sometime Monday, the owner told police Tuesday. The chairs were reportedly worth $84. Police have no suspects.
