Delaware police report:

Two windows were broken at an apartment on Ohio Street Tuesday morning. The resident told police the windows had been smashed by a woman she knows. After officers spoke to the woman, she was arrested for criminal damaging.

Cash was stolen from a home on Little Street Tuesday afternoon. The resident told officers that a person she knows had come for a visit recently and she suspects that he stole $460 that was in the apartment during the visit. An investigation is ongoing.

An intoxicated woman was stopped by police in the parking lot of an East William Street business Tuesday night. Police report the woman was too intoxicated to care for herself. When police were unable to find a sober party to care for her, she was taken to the city jail and kept she was until sober. She was issued a summons to appear for disorderly conduct via intoxication.

Officers were dispatched to a possible fight Saturday night in the area of Richardson Street and East Central Avenue. Officers located the involved parties but report there was no fight, just threats. The four individuals were warned and ordered to separate.
