Delaware police report:

Five juveniles were arrested Thursday morning after a traffic stop was conducted on West Central Avenue. Police pulled the vehicle over for a traffic offense and found five juveniles inside. Two of them were charged with underage alcohol consumption and all five were charged with curfew violations.

A business on London Road reported Wednesday afternoon that someone had used the business’ information to create a counterfeit check. The business reported the forged check was recently cashed. Police are investigating.

Police were summoned to a home on Webb Street after receiving a report of domestic violence. Police report a dispute between a couple at the home but both parties gave different stories and no one was charged at the scene. A report was taken to document the call. The investigation is currently inactive.

Lottery tickets were stolen from a business on North Houk Road Wednesday evening. Police have no suspects.

Two people were spotted in Blue Limestone Park playground Wednesday night after the park had closed. Police investigated and found two individuals in possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. Both individuals were issued summonses for possession.
