A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Nicholas A. Perrotti, of Westerville, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 18 at 10 a.m.

Anthony J. Gallagher, of Powell, on one count of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; one counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs, a third-degree felony and two counts of possession of drugs, two fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 18 at 1:30 p.m.

Terrance L.C. Powell, of Columbus, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 18 at 10:15 a.m.

Devin W. Ison, of Westerville, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 18 at 10:45 a.m.

Scott R. Harding, at large, on a count of theft, an unspecified felony. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 18 at 1:45 p.m.

Brian Tackett, of Powell, on a count of theft, count of misuse of credit cards and a count of tampering with records, all fourth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 21 at 10:15 a.m.

Yuan Zhang, of Powell, on 15 counts of identity fraud, fifth-degree felonies; a count of misuse of credit cards and a count of theft, both first-degree misdemeanors. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 21 at 10:30 a.m.

Arraignments for the following individuals have not been set:

Ernest A. Heyder, of 76 Curtis St., Delaware, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Ryan J. Ison, of Westerville, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

Dustin J. Wheeler, of Sunbury, on three counts of trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felonies.

Tyler C. Wiebe, of 323 Western Dreamer Drive, Delaware, on a count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; one counts of trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony and two counts of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Harry T. Stapleton, of Columbus, on a count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a first-degree felony and one count of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony.

Paul A. Brady, of Columbus, on two counts of identity fraud, a third-degree felony and a fourth-degree felony as well as a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony and five counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies.

Tommy L. Edwards, of Columbus, on six counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of misuse of credit cards, first-degree misdemeanors.

Kiara M. Mitchell, of Canal Winchester, on six counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of misuse of credit cards, first-degree misdemeanors.

Evan W. Davis, of Centerburg, on a count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony and a count of extortion, a third-degree felony.
