Grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Thursday.

Arraignments have not been scheduled but the individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

Braden S. Perkins, of Kibourne, Ohio, on three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, second-degree felonies; seven counts of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material, a second-degree felonies and a count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony.

Chase L. Coe, of Ostrander, on a count of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, a second-degree felony and two counts of illegal use of minor in nudity oriented material, second-degree felonies.

Christopher L. Bateman, of Thornville, Ohio, on two counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies; a count of sexual imposition, a third-degree misdemeanor and a charge of public indecency, a fifth-degree felony.

Rashaad L. Justice, of Columbus, on one count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Cornell Rhodes III, of Columbus, on a count of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Chloe A. Lengle, of Gahanna, on a count of forgery, a count of receiving stolen property and a count of theft, all fifth-degree felonies.

Robert W. Barber, of La Grange, Georgia, on a count of failure to comply with the order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony and a count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Richard F. Spall, of 805 Executive Boulevard, Delaware, on one count of having weapons while under disability.

Matthew R. Penhorwood, of 10 Downing Road, Delaware, on one count of safe-cracking, a fourth-degree felony and a count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Leonard A. Wilson, of Monroe, Michigan, on two counts of forgery and four counts of receiving stolen property, all fifth-degree felonies.

Brian C. Richert of 56 Tabilore Loop, Delaware, on a count of identity fraud, a third-degree felony; a count of misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony and two counts of theft, one fourth-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony.

Herbert H. Roberson Jr., of Detroit, Michigan, on a count of identity fraud, a third-degree felony and a count of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

Jonathan S. Morrison, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Teresa R. Lowe, of 24 Blymer Street, Apt. C, Delaware, on a count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

John K. Tucker, at large, on a count of burglary, a second-degree felony; robbery, a second-degree felony; a count of a theft, a fifth-degree felony and a count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Richaud V. J. Thompson, of Columbus, on a count of theft and a count of passing bad checks, fifth-degree felonies.

Lonna L. Curry, of 371 Grand Circuit Boulevard, Delaware, on a count of burglary, a third-degree felony and a count of attempted to commit an offense, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Amy L. Jervis, of Marion, on a count of burglary, a third-degree felony and a charge of attempt to commit an offense, a first-degree misdemeanor.

William K. Kunkle, of 105 Northwood Drive, Delaware, on a count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony and a count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Kara M. Skillman, of 225 South Sandusky Street, Lot 55, Delaware, on a count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony and a count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Jonas M. McDonald, of Dublin, on a count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony; a count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony and a count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Tiffany A. Vaughn, of Columbus, on a count of aggravated robbery, an unspecified offense.
