A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

The individuals indicted include:

• Megan L. Funk, 30, 20½ S. Sandusky St., Apt. D, Delaware, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 4 at 6:30 a.m.

• Ashleigh N. Daniels, at large, on two counts of receiving stolen property, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Larry L. Diehl Jr., of Marysville, on a charge of trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Alonzo J. Bowie, of Columbus, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Nazar P. Soroka, of Hilliard, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 4 at 8:45 a.m.

• Paul J. Williams, 47, of Columbus, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a charge of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Travis D. Fletcher, of Columbus, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Shane A. Laporte, of Galena, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Uriah Langston, of Mount Vernon, on a charge of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and a charge of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 6 at 8:45 a.m.

• Christopher L. Seitz, of Worthington, on a charge of trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• David Anthony Palumbo, 23, of Columbus, on a charge of failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 28 at 4 p.m.

• Jill R. Miller, 31, of Pleasantville, Ohio, on a charge of assault, a fifth-degree felony. She was arraigned on Monday.

• Nathan M.J. Deering, of 4548 Greyson Drive, Powell, on two counts of rape, first-degree felonies; and a charge of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Oct. 29 at 11 a.m.

• Derek M. Dean, 22, of Delaware, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; a charge of trespass in habitation, a fourth-degree felony; and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has not been scheduled.

• Sylvester Grames, 66, of Delaware, on a charge of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony. An arraignment has not been scheduled.
