Grand Jury issues final October indictments

A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday, primarily on drug-related charges.

Individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

John D. Caruso, of Moundsville, West Virginia, on a count of possession of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Jan. 6 at 8:30 a.m.

Whitney A. Lantz, of Vienna, West Virginia, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been scheduled for Jan. 6 at 8:45 a.m.

Brandy M. Cochran, of Dublin, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 6 at 9 a.m.

Michael T. Getchell, of Glenford, Ohio, on a count of theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 6 at 9:15 a.m.

John A. Rolko, of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Jan. 6 at 9:30 a.m.

Arraignments for the following individuals have not been set.

Daniel A. Cooke, of Columbus, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Joseph B. Eisnnicher, of Lewis Center, on two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

Derek R. Cullin, of Medina, on two counts of possession of drugs, a third-degree felony and a fourth-degree felony.

Dartagnan L. Evans, of Akron, on a count of having weapon while under disability, a third-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony and a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Jonathon R. Douglas, of Canton, on a count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony and a count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Dylan J. Herd, of Stockbridge, Michigan, on two counts of trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony and a fourth-degree felony as well as two counts of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.
