Delaware police report:

• Police were called to a fight in the first block of South Sandusky Street Saturday just after 1 a.m. Police located the two involved parties, neither of whom wanted to press charges against the other. However, one of the men was extremely intoxicated and having difficulty standing up. The man could not contact a sober person to take care of him and he was arrested for disorderly conduct via intoxication. He was taken to the Delaware City Jail and held until sober.

• The owner of a property on North Franklin Street reported that former tenants had moved out and taken furniture and other household items from the residence. The owner reported that the furniture was owned by the property and was not theirs to take. An investigation is ongoing.

• A traffic stop was conducted Monday night in the area of U.S. 23 North and East William Street. Police learned the vehicle was occupied by two 17-year-old boys and police found the boys possessed marijuana. Both boys will be charged through the Delaware County Juvenile Court for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
