Delaware police report:

• A 21-year-old woman reported Tuesday morning that someone had broken into her apartment while she was there, but fled. The resident was unable to identify the intruder and the intruder fled before they could take anything. There are no suspects. The investigation in inactive pending further information.

• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of the 1100 block of Columbus Pike Wednesday just after midnight. The driver, a 49-year-old, was found to have a suspended license and a warrant for his arrest. Police took the man into custody and impounded the vehicle. During an inventory of the vehicle, drug paraphernalia was located. The man was taken to the Delaware County Jail.

• A suspicious person was reported at a business on South Sandusky Street Tuesday evening. Police investigated a found a 31-year-old man in possession of drug abuse instruments and charged him with possession and served him a summons to appear in court.

• A possession of marijuana report was taken at Grady Memorial Hospital Tuesday morning. After an investigation, police charged an 18-year-old female with possession of marijuana.
