A Delaware County Grand Jury issued a number of indictments Friday. Individuals indicted by the grand jury included:

• Rodney B. Stewart Jr., of Westerville, on one count of patient endangerment, a third-degree felony and one count of failing to provide for a functionally impaired person. An arraignment for Stewart has been set for Feb. 2 at 8:45 a.m.

• Jessica N. Ramos, of New York City, New York, on one count of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony; one count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony and one count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Feb. 3 at 9 a.m.

Arraignments for the remaining individuals have not yet been set:

• Taj M. Easley, of Columbus, on two counts of aggravated burglary, first-degree felonies; two counts of aggravated robbery, first-degree felonies; and four counts of kidnapping, second-degree felonies.

• James Hanna, of Dublin, on one count of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a third-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

• Dustin M. Taylor, of Columbus, on 12 counts of receiving stolen property, 10 fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.

• Gregory A. Kincaid, of Columbus, on 12 counts of receiving stolen property, 10 fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.

• Kenneth R. Leimgruber, of 39 N. Union St., Delaware, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Christopher L. Brookman, of Marysville, on one count of notice of residence address change.

• Daniel L. Vance, of Chillocothe, on one count of notice of residence address change.

• Gary A. Payne, of Delaware, on five counts of violating a protection order, fifth-degree felonies.

• Joseph B. Ramirez, of Delaware, on two counts of domestic violence, fourth-degree felonies.

• Ronald R. Smith, of Lynchburg, Ohio, on a count of rape, a first-degree felony and two counts of gross sexual imposition, third-degree felonies.

• Steven M. Householder, of Delaware, on a count of arson, a fourth-degree felony; a count of vandalism, a fourth-degree felony; a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and a count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.

• Cody J. Daniels, of Kilbourne, on a count of arson, a fourth-degree felony; a count of vandalism, a fourth-degree felony; a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony and a count of possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony.
